BOOKING TERMS
1. The carrier reserves the right to substitute the named and/or performing vessel(s) with another vessel or vessels at any time, without prior notice.
2. Shipment subject to space and equipment availability.
3. Schedules, arrival, berthing, departure date and transit times are estimated and given without guarantee and subject to change without prior notice.
4. Standard local conditions (i.e. free time, detention, demurrage, early arrival, late arrival, etc) are applicable to this booking, unless specifically indicated otherwise.
5. Booking confirmation and shipment/carriage are subject to CCNI´s Bill of Lading terms, conditions and exceptions (available on www.ccni.cl as a public document).
6. Container repair costs: containers must be redelivered in the same conditions as originally received, clean and without damages. If a container result damaged by cargo, or during the stuffing/stripping process, or under customer’s care or control, repair costs and any consequential damages will be on the account of the cargo owner.
7. Containers, at inland moves, are subject to maximum weight limitations as per local regulations, which shall be duly known and observed by shipper/consignee. In no case CCNI, her agents or subcontractors shall assume any liability regarding the shipper/consignee non compliance of such regulations.
8. It is the trucker’s responsibility for container cargoes to check at pick up time, that equipment is in proper conditions.
9. According to CCNI´s procedure and Safety Regulations, shippers of IMO & Dangerous cargoes must provide the appropriate security information, including relevant ´Cargo Security Sheet´ and the corresponding cargo’s UN Code.

11. Bookings involving cargo destined, transshipped or in transit of USA & Puerto Rico: Booking confirmations are given subject to customer providing the correct cargo description in accordance with US Customs requirements as described in United States Customs Service Regulations, 19 CFR Parts 4, 113 and 178 of October 31, 2002. |
