CCNI FLIES WITH ITS CLIENTS

Last Tuesday, January 5, the “3rd FAI World Sailplane Grand Prix Final” officially opened at Santiago, Chile’s Vitacura Gliding Club.

CCNI was present at this event, coordinating the transfer of the gliders and participating in the competition itself.

Our company transported the gliders using the Northern Europe Service (Condor) from the port of Antwerp (Belgium) to the port of San Antonio in Chile, to support and contribute to a sport that is gathering more and more followers in our country and throughout the world.

CCNI wanted to share this experience with some of its clients, who enjoyed a pleasant flight with experienced pilots from the Gliding Club.

Representatives from Logwin, Danzas Chile and Quebrada Blanca / Tek Carmen de Andacollo waited for their turn in the Company lounge and spent some time with CCNI executives.

This world-class sporting event brings together the best pilots from around the world. Chile was the first country in South America to host this renowned championship.

For seven days, the gliders covered between 300 and 500 kilometers over Santiago’s metropolitan area, trying to reach their goal in the shortest time possible.

The championship ended on Saturday, January 9, with an awards ceremony for the winners.
